The Historical N.A.R.C. Loco display in elizabethton TN

This is the North American Rayon Corporation fireless locomotive historical marker.

What the historical marker doesn't say is that Elizabethton TN was the last place in the country to steam locomotives from two different railroads exchanged  freight on a regular basis in 1968.
 This is ET&WNC #443 it's a narrow gauge boxcar. The hole display is on three rail track
