The Hater Effect

When people get angry at a group after a handful of people or even one person claiming to represent that group did something to hurt them. They then tend to have a hostility biased toward people with some different ideologies. Especially those that seem the same as the people who they cannot or will not confront. Then others jump on the bandwagon.
